Non- Alcoholic Autumn Harvest Punch

No-sweat punch perfect for Thanksgiving

Ingredients

  • 500 ml or 2 cups  Apple juice / Apple cider
  • 500 ml or 2 cups Pineapple juice
  • 500ml or 2 cups Cranberry juice
  • 4-5 pcs. Cinnamon bark
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp. All Spice
  • 1.5 L or 6 cans Ginger Ale (Schweppes)
  • 2 pcs. Orange Slices thinly sliced
  • 2 pcs. Apple thinly sliced
  • Mint for garnishing
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Mix 1 pt of each juice in a punch bowl or pitcher. Add spices, cinnamon bark, and fruit slices. 
  • Place in the fridge for 1 hr or overnight.
  • To serve, pour some ice in glasses, add ginger ale and punch about (1:1 ratio), making sure that you have room for garnish. Garnish with some fruit slices, cinnamon bark, and mint or rosemary.
  • Or if you don’t have time, just mix the ginger ale and punch together and serve it in a punch bowl.

Notes

Chef's Tip: You can add club soda to dial down the sweetness.
