Mix 1 pt of each juice in a punch bowl or pitcher. Add spices, cinnamon bark, and fruit slices.
Place in the fridge for 1 hr or overnight.
To serve, pour some ice in glasses, add ginger ale and punch about (1:1 ratio), making sure that you have room for garnish. Garnish with some fruit slices, cinnamon bark, and mint or rosemary.
Or if you don’t have time, just mix the ginger ale and punch together and serve it in a punch bowl.
Notes
Chef's Tip: You can add club soda to dial down the sweetness.
