Hosting a Thanksgiving party or a dinner gathering?
I know that it can get really busy in the kitchen and because of that, we tend to overlook making presentable drinks for our guests.
That’s why this no-sweat Autumn Harvest Punch is perfect for times like this. It’s easy and quick and you can make it ahead of time with only a few ingredients. It’s non-alcoholic so both adults and kids can enjoy and to top it off, this recipe has the beautiful colors of Fall that will surely wow your guests.

Ingredients:
Juices- Apple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice -only use no added sugar.
Cinnamon Powder, Cinnamon Bark, and All Spice – these will add heat to your punch.
Orange Slices- to add nice color and citrus flavor.
Apple Slices – any red apples will do. This will add a nice Fall flavor and color to the punch.
Ginger Ale- for fizz and alcohol alternative
Mint- to garnish
Ice-
To do this, pour the juices into a punch bowl or pitcher. Add spices, cinnamon bark, and fruit slices.
To amp up your punch, it needs to be refrigerated for a while. This will allow all the spices to react to the liquids thus, giving the punch a more complex flavor and a little bit of heat. To serve, add ice cubes in a glass, pour ginger ale halfway, and fill with a punch until the brim. Garnish with some fruit slices, cinnamon bark, and mint.
But if you’re in a hurry, and don’t have much time, just mix everything and add the ice at the last minute before serving. You can do this in less than 10 mins. and it will taste just as good as the other one but with a milder flavor.

How to dial down the sweetness of the punch?
Just add club soda or sparkling water according to your taste.
Can I use Apple Cider instead of Apple Juice?
Yes. It is less sweet than apple juice, so adjust the amount of ginger ale according to the level of sweetness you prefer.
What Can I use instead of Cranberry Juice?
Mixed Berry Juice or Pomegranate Juice.
What is an alternative to Pineapple Juice?
Orange Juice. It will give the punch more acidity and a nice citrus flavor.

Non- Alcoholic Autumn Harvest Punch
Ingredients
- 500 ml or 2 cups Apple juice / Apple cider
- 500 ml or 2 cups Pineapple juice
- 500ml or 2 cups Cranberry juice
- 4-5 pcs. Cinnamon bark
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp. All Spice
- 1.5 L or 6 cans Ginger Ale (Schweppes)
- 2 pcs. Orange Slices thinly sliced
- 2 pcs. Apple thinly sliced
- Mint for garnishing
- Ice
Instructions
- Mix 1 pt of each juice in a punch bowl or pitcher. Add spices, cinnamon bark, and fruit slices.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hr or overnight.
- To serve, pour some ice in glasses, add ginger ale and punch about (1:1 ratio), making sure that you have room for garnish. Garnish with some fruit slices, cinnamon bark, and mint or rosemary.
- Or if you don’t have time, just mix the ginger ale and punch together and serve it in a punch bowl.
