Behind Miss Confections
Hello there! My name is Ruth, and I’ve always been intrigued by the art of turning ingredients into delicious culinary creations. Since childhood, I’ve had a passion for cooking and baking that has led me on a journey to where I am today. Thanks to my talented mother, who ran cafeterias, I discovered my love for the kitchen at a young age.
After studying Culinary Arts in 2009, I honed my skills working in various restaurants and bakeries. Today, I’m a stay-at-home wife and proud cat mom to two adorable cats, Malibu and Sansa. When I’m not in the kitchen, I enjoy exploring my creative side through painting, photography, content creation and blogging.
Over the years, I’ve shared my recipes on social media, but I’ve noticed that people often have questions about the techniques and culinary terms I use. That’s why I decided to create Miss Confections.
